B-rdy Pistol Handling System with his mantra “Movement Means Life” represents systematic B-rdy pistol training methodology that is applicable to any shooting discipline – from concealed carry self-defense, to dynamic sport shooting disciplines, to use within the armed forces.
The B-rdy course methodology is divided into 12 sequential lessons in which students are guided through pistol control from basic manipulation, through dynamic shooting, handling complex shooting situations, defensive shooting and self-defense scenarios with FX marking ammunition, and evaluating situations in terms of necessary defense and extreme emergency conditions.
The lessons are not a single-time affair. B-rdy opens a class and recruits students which then attend individual follow-up lessons. Typically 1 lesson per every two weeks, so teaching this course takes place over 24 weeks, during which time the instructors will help the student work through the complex issues of gun handling.
MAIN BENEFITS
- Modern and constantly developing methodology based on the B-rdy educational system and practical experience
- Each lesson begins with a detailed review of previously learned content
- After each lesson, students receive a written summary of the learned knowledge to support their independent training
- The course is also suitable for complete beginners with a new firearms license, who will learn the basics of shooting and the principles of safe handling of firearms
- The course for the student typically involves 24 to 36 weeks of scheduled training
- Students often become friends during the course and motivate each other
- Long-term approach in the spirit of B-rdy Performance Oriented training – i.e., measurable increase in student performance
The course is designed for current gun-licence holders, ideally interested in improving their shooting skills in both competition and defense with a firearm.
We will go through the basics in the form of safety handling, B-rdy Shooting Basics Tetragon (BSBT – recoil management, grip, triggering, eye work), as well as draw, repetitive shots and transitions, to advanced skills in the use of cover, movement, sporting and defensive shooting and malfunctions solving.
The course is followed by 2 sessions focusing on shooting and handling the weapon in the lowlight conditions.
GEAR & EQUIPMENT
Mandatory equipment:
- Eyes protection (ballistic glasses)
- Hearing protection (we recommend active hearing protection)

Bring your weapon to the shooting range in UNLOADED CONDITION! The range is cold, choose appropriate clothing and footwear, and plenty of fluids are recommended. Typically bring 250 rounds of ammunition for practice, you will shoot approximately 150-200 rounds. For further lessons, you will also need at least 5 school cartridges for dry-fire and malfunctions training.

Hi Sefa, I thought I already knew a little bit about shooting. I had taken several courses at competing companies and participated in a few LOS and IPSC competitions. But after the first lesson, it was obvious that I was wrong. I didn’t expect so much new information, and the instructors’ approach was actually very interactive and individualized the entire time. With each lesson, the amount of new information increased. Everything follows logically, and the B-rdy methodology is clearly based on practical experience. I like that the system is universal. The class included people from the armed forces, IPSC shooters, and hobbies, and everything is trained. I definitely recommend the course and plan to go through it again.

Your course should be mandatory for all gun license holders. The instructors’ great approach and well-developed system are something I haven’t seen anywhere else in the Czech Republic. Written debriefings for each lesson, recommendations on what and how to train – simply fantastic. The best part was the model situations with FX ammunition, where you can try everything out under a little stress. That’s when it became clear why you teach things the way you do. I would recommend opening more classes at once so that if a certain date doesn’t work, you can go to a parallel class to make up for the lesson. Thanks, and see you at the rifle course.

In my opinion, this is a mandatory course for anyone who wants to use a weapon for self-defense. If you want to collect certificates, look elsewhere. If you want to learn how to shoot, don’t hesitate to sign up. You won’t regret it…

It’s clear that you’ve worked out the course down to the smallest detail. Great instructors who can immediately demonstrate everything they teach in practice. I liked the teaching system, where we had regular three-hour lessons and there was time to practice everything. Each new lesson began with a review of the previous one, so even if I couldn’t make it one time, it wasn’t a problem to catch up on the covered material. I also appreciate the study materials that were sent to my email after class. This made my preparation a lot easier. You guys are great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for the rifle course.

Thank you very much, it was a bit challenging but great, we found out that we actually know almost nothing😅, I was still absorbing it over the weekend, yesterday we went through the movements, handling and adjusted the grips.

Thanks again for the great training and for letting me join even though I hadn’t taken the previous classes.
I’ve reevaluated my schedule for the work week, and I’ll make sure I can attend. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to train with you again.Petr J.
