NAEMT TECC for Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders (TECC-LEO) is an 16-hour classroom course specifically designed for law enforcement officers and other non-EMS first responders. The course covers materials found in the 16-hour TECC provider course at a level appropriate for first responders. It includes 8 hours of content, which includes interactive lectures, skill stations, and patient simulations. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a certificate of completion, a wallet card recognizing them as a TECC-LEO provider for 4 years, and 8 hours of CAPCE credit for qualified participants.
B-rdy have long-term cooperation in training with the Elite-Lhenice Education Center and the Association of Tactical and Field Medicine Practitioners who, together with B-rdy practical approach to education, are guarantee the quality of the course.
The content and structure of this originally 8-hour NAEMT course has been expanded to a 16-hour course and is divided into theoretical and practical blocks, which are intertwined with model situations simulating tactical conditions.
In the theoretical part, participants will learn about the specifics of providing pre-hospital emergency care in a tactical environment and the basics of algorithmic medicine when treating trauma in a tactical environment using special tools, drills, and techniques based on the practice of military and police rescuers and doctors. They will learn the basics of stopping bleeding using commercial and improvised tools, practice techniques for clearing and securing the airway, learn simple diagnostics and therapeutic interventions for life-threatening conditions affecting the torso, and improve their skills in treating patients in shock. All this will be done with the help of effective drills, under the guidance of the most experienced instructors.

PAYMENT
Registration is mandatory. When you register for a course, you will receive a confirmation email and we will send you an invoice approximately 1 week before the event.
The course price includes the rental of all training facilities and equipment necessary for the entire course, the instructor and his assistants, manikins, and a NAEMT certificate. Other costs, such as food, accommodation, tactical medicine training manuals, transportation, ammunition, etc., are covered by the participant.
