BASIC INFORMATIONS

I first fired a 9mm pistol in 1995 as part of our karate club at the Regional Police Headquarters in Pilsen. Through karate and MUSADO, I later came to firearms and tactical training. Moving to Prague for university led me to Thai boxing and the Israeli Krav Maga Protect school of Itay Gil. I integrated the physical contact of Thai boxing and defensive elements in realistic scenarios into firearms training and created my own methodology of defensive shooting focused on evaluating and resolving real-life situations with the possible use of firearms, emphasizing the legal assessment of self-defense and necessity. For three years, I was a member of the AntiTerror Academy club in Stod, later attending various training agencies and completing most available courses with Hard Task, including the Shooting Instructor course.

In 2011, the informal group B-rdy [be ready!] was founded, which has since grown into a successful shooting-tactical team consisting of both armed forces members and civilians, with over 150 supporters collecting medals in dynamic shooting disciplines (IPSC, IDPA, LOS) and tactical-shooting competitions. Since 2017, we have been organizing BMC – B-rdy Military Challenge every month, a competition requiring full-gear including ballistic protection. Once a year, I strive to organize a major event that pushes the physical, mental, and skill limits of participants, in the form of the Military Cup or Tactical Scenarios.

I love nature (especially the Brdy mountains) and the outdoors. In my free time, I dedicate myself to family, running, cycling, and combat sports (Thai boxing and MMA). I admire everyone who works on themselves and is not afraid to step out of their comfort zone.”
