1.4.1. B-rdy Tactical Tracking Course

We will teach you:

  • Analysis of traces and trace evidence (footprints, tire tracks, trash, traces in nature and in the city).
  • Correlation of traces with time and direction of movement.
  • Silent movement, observation positions, and gestures.
  • Use of terrain and infrastructure for cover while tracking.
  • No-trace movement techniques and how to avoid detection.
  • Urban tracking: CCTV, light sources, public transport, human behavior.
  • Counter-recognition and defense against tracking.
  • The psychology of tracking and behavioral signals of the target.
  • Briefing, debriefing, and records — keeping records for later evaluation.
GEAR & EQUIPMENT
  • Basic physical fitness and ability to move in the terrain.
  • Clothing suitable for the terrain and current weather conditions (camouflage/non-reflective colors).
  • Hiking boots or sturdy shoes, knee protection, backpack, compass, notebook, flashlight (with red filter), basic first aid kit.
  • Recommended: binoculars, camera/phone for documentation, UHF radio, airsoft/FX rifle on sling.
