1.1.8. B-rdy Defensive Shooting and Scenarios Course

The course was redesigned in 2025 according to the current B-rdy methodology. So if you are interested in how you would handle an attack and whether you can respond within the context of necessary defense, or if you are just considering the possibility of concealed carry of a firearm for defense, come to the course.

  • A full day course combines live fire situations with a force-on-force scenarios with non-lethal FX ammunition
  • All scenarios based upon real self-defense situations under conditions of necessary defense under Czech law
  • focus on concealed carry of the pistol in a different conditions
GEAR & EQUIPMENT

Mandatory equipment:

  • Eyes protection (ballistic glasses)
  • Hearing protection (we recommend active hearing protection)
  • Self-loading pistol in a concealed carry holster (OWB, IWB, appendix)
  • Different types of clothing – a T-shirt, a jacket
  • 2 magazines
  • at least 300 rounds
  • Gun licence and ID
LAWS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT

When you register for a newly opened class for your 1st lesson, you will receive an invoice for payment approximately one week before the event. If you continue with us after the first lesson, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 4 lessons in the first section. If you are unable to attend or catch up on replacement in another class for once, your paid fee will be transferred to cover the next lesson. After the initial section of the first 5 lessons, individual conditions will be set with each student.

Theory, real situations and overview of the law of self-defense and extreme emergency

  • 3 phases of gun-selfdefense (Conflict and gradation; Defense shooting with a handgun; Evaluation, Judiciary and Justice)
  • Conflict – Surprise, anticipation, frequent places of attacks, risk evaluation
  • Preparation – how to wear a gun in the holster, secondary accessories and non-lethal support weapons
  • Gradation, attacker conditions vs. defender position
  • Animals and emergency
  • Defense shooting with a handgun – reaction time, fears, failures, deal with the situation,
  • Defender position, distance, collateral damage

  • The number of shots and bad habits
  • Evaluation, judiciary and justice – necessary defense and extreme emergency
